These terms cover your use of FPL Pilot. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them.

What FPL Pilot provides
FPL Pilot analyses public Fantasy Premier League data and provides planning tools, projections, recommendations, and AI-generated explanations. It is an informational product, not a guarantee of points, rank, player availability, price changes, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for every decision and transfer you make.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email secure. Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer, or use the service to break the law or another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
Deadline Cover emails
Deadline Cover runs in-app for linked squads. Email delivery is optional and is not a condition of creating an account. If you actively choose email delivery, you ask FPL Pilot to send a recommendation before FPL deadlines. You can switch email off in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in any message.
Ownership and third-party services
FPL Pilot's product, design, original content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Fantasy Premier League data, names, marks, and linked services belong to their respective owners. FPL Pilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
Availability and liability
We work to keep FPL Pilot accurate and available, but data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong and the service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be shown here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For questions, DM @fplpilot on X.
